One of the filler pieces posted during a summer vacation in 2009. Clarice's backstory was a team effort - she's always been one-dimensional to me as her only motivation is desire. More power, more money, more beauty, and so on. I asked readers for tidbits of her past to help give her some more depth and then selected the details that fit her personality. The exception is her culinary expertise, which made me laugh out loud when I read it so it had to go in there, which surprised me as I didn't think Clarice had any sort of creative streak whatsoever.
